General Manager, Quince
The grand design, growth and direction of the Quince Medical Neighborhoods concept was innovated by Allison Robbins. Allison’s singular mission is a robust and lasting solution to the US healthcare provider ecosystem. Prior to her work at Quantros and Quince, her deep knowledge was forged as founder, Chairwoman and CEO of Imagine Health, a directly-contracted, quality-driven network concept that influenced the nation’s push for narrow, alternative network products. She also worked at HCA as VP of Managed Care, and Director of Network Services for Intermountain Healthcare.
Senior Vice President, Growth
Shane Wolverton is Quince’s chief evangelist and establisher of business relationships and distribution channels. Shane’s 25+ years of deep domain expertise in the use of clinically and risk-adjusted medical analytics makes him a sought after thought leader on value-based healthcare. Prior to Quince, Shane served as Senior VP of Corporate Development at Comparion Medical Analytics, a management consultant with Health Care Investment Analysts (now IBM Truven Health Analytics), and the McGraw-Hill Healthcare Management Group.
Vice President, Human Resources
KC Hicks brings over 15 years of experience in HR, strategic planning and learning, and provides counsel and guidance to the executive leadership team and managers of both Quince and Quantros on their workforce strategies. She is also a trusted, credible advisor on organizational and personnel initiatives. KC manages the overall provision of all services related to human resources, which includes leading practices and objectives that cultivate an employee-oriented, high-performance culture with an emphasis on empowerment, productivity, quality and work-life balance. Prior to Quince and Quantros she served as Director of HR and Administration at CBRE.
Clinical Officer, Quince
Lisa Behnke, MD, MHA, BSN, is the architect of clinical direction for Quince. Her extensive experience includes clinical practice, care management, healthcare quality and payment policy for both provider organizations and health plans with 12 years in various roles at UnitedHealth Group. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wagner College, her Medical Degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School, and her Master of Health Administration from Medical College of Virginia.
Jason Furgala brings over 16 years of Accounting/Finance experience to Quantros. Jason is responsible for Quantros’ financial accounting, planning, reporting, tax and administrative services. Prior to joining Quantros, Jason served as Controller at Concentrix and was responsible for accounting, financial management, and reporting. Prior to Concentrix, Mr. Furgala held various senior financial positions at IBM where he managed and directed the organization’s financial results and all finance functions including budgeting and forecasting. Mr. Furgala holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University at Oswego.
Vice President, Legal
Ray Olson is responsible for all legal aspects of Quince’s operations. His resume includes: Vice President and General Counsel for Healthland, Inc., a healthcare IT provider; Vice President and Legal Counsel for Ceridian Corporation, a provider of SaaS-based services that automate all aspects of the employer/employee relationship and; a commercial litigator (in the beginning of his career). Ray holds a Business Finance degree and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Minnesota.
